Description

Melanotan-2 is a cyclic seven-amino-acid analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone that acts non-selectively across several melanocortin receptors (MC1R, MC3R, MC4R and MC5R). This broad receptor engagement is what distinguishes it mechanistically from the MC1R-focused Melanotan-1.
