Description
CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29) is a shorter-acting GHRH analog – a tetra-substituted fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone whose amino-acid substitutions improve its resistance to the DPP-4 enzyme without the multi-day half-life of the DAC version. It acts on the GHRH receptor.
It is studied as a GHRH-receptor agonist that stimulates growth-hormone synthesis and secretion, frequently paired in research with a ghrelin-receptor agonist to examine dual-pathway growth-hormone release; reported models span growth-hormone/IGF-1 signaling and connective-tissue biology. Genefyx supplies it as a research reference compound, mass-spec verified with a certificate of analysis, and it is not intended for human or animal use.
How it works
GHRH-receptor agonist → GH synthesis and secretion; often paired with Ipamorelin for dual-receptor GH release.
Research context
GH and IGF-1 elevation; collagen, skin and muscle models.
Handling
Lyophilized powder. Certificate of analysis, ≥99% purity.
